Slimming Ain't Easy But It's Possible

Have you been trying to get a slimmer stomach for a long time?  It seems like time slows down when you're trying to achieve something that worthwhile.. I understand how you feel.  I used to be overweight too, and I didn't like the way I appeared in the mirror.

 I was just a young kid at the time, but I was chubby.  And, to add icing on the cake, I was teased by the ones who I thought loved me the most.  All this drama drove me to play football, and other kinds of sports to lose the weight that I needed to lose, and I did.  

Now, I am on a mission to give back what I know others are experiencing as well.  Getting a slimmer stomach is great, but achieving optimal health is even better.  So, sit back and relax as I reveal to you the 7 biggest tips that are going to help you lose weight and fast.

Step #1- Slice Your Calories

Diet is the foundation of all weight loss, and without it, you might as well pack your bags, because it ain't happening.  The fat you are wanting to lose around your waste is called adipose tissue, and it's very toxic.  In order to get rid of excess adipose tissue so that you can achieve that slimmer waste, you have to cut down on the amount of calories you are consuming.

Step #2- Exercise and More Exercise

I got a bit carried away over the holidays with cooking *and* eating, so this is a wonderful helpful reminding hub for me. I am going to check out that Body Magic spanx thing right away. I just worry about sweating so much in Florida. It is spring now so I can do it before the horrible mugginess of summer sets in. Thanks for the new ideas here!

Hey Painter, I understand how you feel about the holiday eating and cooking.. I too am guilty of the same :( But now my wife and I are back on track. Body Magic is great.. it will help shape and slim for sure. My wife is a living testimony.. You don't have to worry about sweating in it either because it doesn't promote sweat..
